Welcome Back Stiegel Families!

We are eager to begin our school year, and we hope that you are excited as well!  The entire Stiegel Staff is anticipating another outstanding year.  And we welcome Pre-Kindergarten back to Stiegel this year.

The Olweus Bullying Prevention Program will continue to be implemented at Stiegel Elementary School.  This successful program is designed to teach students ways to identify and help prevent bullying.

Please note that our 3rd and 4th graders will be taking the state assessments (PSSA) in Reading, Math, and Science again this year, but it is under a different format.  The Reading will take place during the week of April 13th, the Math will be held during the week of April 20th, and the Science will take place for 4th grade during the week of April 27th.  Your support with these assessments and planning any vacation time around these 3 weeks is greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions or suggestions throughout the year, please do not hesitate to contact our office or your child's classroom teacher.

We hope to see everyone at our Back to School Night on September 9th starting at 6:30 pm in the All Purpose Room.
