Parent/Teacher Conference Sign-up

We are excited about our upcoming parent/teacher conferences.  Scheduled appointments as well as drop in conferences will be available during these times:
Monday, November 10   5:00-8:00pm    Thursday, November 13   1:00-3:00 & 5:00-7:00pm *(We will dismiss at 11:45 on November 13-no lunch will be served.)

You will receive your child's report card during your conference.  If you are unable to attend, your child will bring home the report card on November 14.  To maximize the availability of teachers, each parent is asked to make one scheduled appointment for a Core Class Teacher (Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies).  To see more than one Core Class teacher, we ask you to use the drop-in procedure.  You may sign up to see as many Encore teachers or Learning Support teachers as you would like.

To choose your 15-minute slot, please click on the Parent/Teacher conference Sign-up Link in the Quick Links column to the right.  If you need assistance with scheduling, please contact Mrs. Huber at 664-1700.  You may also drop in during conference times and arrange to see any teacher that has a time slot available.

We look forward to seeing you at conferences and we thank you for taking an active role in your child's education!
