The Manheim Central School District is governed by a Board comprised of nine members elected by the citizens of the Manheim Borough and the Penn and Rapho Townships. Each member serves a four-year term. The current members of the Board are:

The officers of the Board are:
- Bryan Howett, President
- Kim Garner, Vice President

- Nathan Wertsch, Secretary (non-voting)

The Board currently meets the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Middle School Auditorium.
The Board also meets the third Monday of each month for committee meetings and a work session beginning at 6:00 PM in the Middle School Auditorium.
